These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the free Wi-Fi service ("Service") provided by Purple ("We", "Us", "Our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
2. The Service
Our Service provides you with free wireless access to the internet.
3. Your Obligations
You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:
* Unlawful purposes: To transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
* Infringement: To violate any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
* Harmful Code: To transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
* Spam: To send unsolicited messages or 'spam'.
* Security Breaches: To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to any of our servers.
* Resale: To resell the Service or any part of it.
* High-Risk Activities: To use the Service for any high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage.
* Excessive Bandwidth: To consume an excessive amount of bandwidth that negatively impacts other users.
We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Service to ensure compliance with these Terms.
4. Data and Privacy
We collect certain data about your device and your use of the Service.
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you should read carefully.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for any data, messages, or pages lost, not delivered, delayed, or misdirected because of interruptions or performance issues with the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is zero).
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We will use reasonable endeavours to make the Service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
However, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period for any reason.
Access to the Service may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
12. Service Suspension
We will use reasonable endeavours to make the Service available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
However, we shall not be liable if for any reason the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period for any reason.
Access to the Service may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
We may also need to suspend the Service for operational reasons (e.g. for repairs, planned maintenance or upgrades) and will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.
We shall not be liable for any failure to provide the Service or any part of it for any reason that is beyond our reasonable control.
